How to get xmgr(Grace) works on MS Windows

In command prompt (dose prompt)
c:\cygwin\bin\ash
$cd /bin
$./rebaseall (takes a few seconds)

In xwish (X server)

$xmgrace (the graphic user interface will then pop up)

*Note: the xmgrace version should be 1.5.19

(Still not clear why 1.5.99 doesn't work)

*Note: How to use xmrace in Windows

- Xming: lunch X server

- Cygwinx - xterm -> start "xmgrace filename.agr" from xterm
